Payment & Insurance

Self-pay sessions are priced at $125 for 50 minutes. I am credentialed and in-network with many insurance panels. I am happy to provide superbills for out-of-network insurances. Please contact me for more details.

I accept cash, checks, money orders, and debit/credit card payments through my online client portal, accessible via computer, tablet, or smartphone. Full session fees/co-pays are due at the time of service. Financial assistance may be available; please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy

I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of therapy appointments.

• Therapy Sessions: The full session fee of $125 will be charged for missed appointments, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Insurance companies do not allow missed appointments or late-cancellation fees to be billed as covered therapy services, so these charges are the client’s responsibility and are not submitted to insurance.
• Package Plans (SSP & ADHD Coaching): Package plans are non-refundable once purchased. Scheduled package sessions cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded. Please be sure you are able to commit to the scheduled program dates before purchasing.
